Our "Fluid-To-Fluid" Heat Exchange Models

These LEXEL™ Non-refrigerated Systems are water cooled and with capacities from 1 to 100 kW.

The LEXEL™ recirculating heat exchange systems are recommended when tight control of cooling water quality, flow, pressure, or temperature is required, and an external source of chilled water or tap water is available.

The LEXEL™ closed loop cooling circuit completely isolates the process from the central chilled water source or city water and provides clean, pure water to the process at stable temperatures. Process heat is rejected to the central source of water.

The systems consist of a highly efficient plate heat exchanger, circulation pump, reservoir, and  the necessary controls to provide closely controlled fluid temperatures to your laser or process equipment.


 The LTI Series Unit's Standard Features Include:

     > Digital "PID" temperature controllers
     > Low water level alarm and cut off
     > High temperature cut off
     > Over/Under (out of tolerance) temperature alarm
     > Non ferrous wetted construction standard
     > Compatible with existing chillers or city water systems
     > Compact design
     > Rack mount available up to 15kW
     > True closed loop (isolated) re-circulating circuits
     > Adjustable pressure actuated by-pass valve standard
