Modern lasers build on decades of proven,
reliable designs. For example, Lexel lasers are typically warranted for two
years or 2000 hours.
Lasers do require some routine maintenance,
however, and occasionally may require service. To fit your experience and
budget, there are a variety of maintenance and service options available.
-
Service Contracts give maximum peace
of mind when the laser must be kept operational at all times. If any problem
occurs, it is fixed on-site, with no additional charge for parts or labor.
-
Maintenance Contracts help keep the
laser in top condition. Periodically, a maintenance/service visit is
scheduled. The laser is checked out and is fine-tuned to give the maximum
possible performance. If there are any potential problems, these can often
be caught and alleviated in advance.
Lasers maintained via scheduled maintenance visits will
have needed repairs performed for parts cost only (no labor). On-site repair
does incur charges for travel under this plan.
-
Per-Incident Service is best for
experienced operators who perform their own maintenance. If a problem
occurs, our service engineers can troubleshoot and fix it. For
out-of-warranty service, there is a charge for parts, labor and (if
necessary) travel.
Service for other
brands
If you have non-Lexel lasers, we can provide
the same maintenance and service options. Cambridge
